Unfortunately HECK as you know doesn't care at all about shareholders. The non filing and silence has already hurt shareholders. No new investors would invest money here, since they have no idea what shape financially the company is in. It's like buying a house without seeing it, or a picture of it, or knowing what condition it is in.

As long as he can get away with filing and until OTC puts his back to the wall he might not file until then.
