You're correct in that every disclosure made since he paid his OTCIQ fees in 2021 is the same, identical, sanitized version of the one before it. You have to go back to Oct 2012 thru 2015 (when he want AWOL for 6 years) to find any info of his involvement-- including announcement of signing a LOI with Mezey and plans to pay him $350k (funny it doesn't mention all the other unspecified fees to his clients or funding the first year of his "reality show" to the tune of, what, $80k?).

Those old disclosures also show the massive dilution this ticker has undergone since Eddie took over. And look at what all those shares created---- ZIPPO and a ticker trading at 0.000001.

BTW, he also reports--

Total shares outstanding: 10,821,252,428 as of date: 10/31/22

The Transfer Agent says the O/S is currently 14,164,585,761--- 3.3 Billion more than what Eddie says it will be 2 weeks from now!!!

He seriously needs to stop these "drunk disclosures."
