How do you know no one is talking about VPLM’s patents. They’re bending over backwards trying not to face a fair venue in Waco. Pretty much tells the story.

The process is playing out. As I’ve mentioned awhile ago, no board of directors are going to approve a few billion dollar purchase, without first trying to prove the patents invalid. Once they’re at the point that they know they’d can’t win, it’s game over. It’s pretty simple to understand, especially at the value of them.

They’re too many players involved, not to have at least one, step up to the plate.
