You have no evidence of any violations. It says:
"By accepting the User Agreement, you warrant that you have no other registration(s) with iHub. You also agree to maintain only one active registration with iHub. Failure to follow the User Agreement will result in your immediate termination from iHub. If you forget your user name or password, please contact: support@investorshub.com"
I only have one registration and two others in this house have one each. It doesn't say you can't have multiple people using the same computer from the same household to post on the boards of stocks that they own (whether the stocks are the same or different). We all have different e-mail addresses, some with Verizon and some with MSN.
If you want to put that in the user agreement, do so, but you can't tell people they have violated a rule that doesn't exist or wasn't agreed to.
You guys think you are so smart but when deciding on the rules, you didn't do an accurate enough job, apparently.
