I think we can calculate what this means for ITUP shareholders. For those poor souls who didn't subscribe for Cow Capital Shares, Let's give it a try.
EBIDA x 12 = $99
$99 x 108,000,000 shares = $10.7 billion market cap for Cow.
13% ITUP owership after merger = $1.4 billion
$1.4 billion / 16.2M ITUP shares = $86 / share
Better than I thought.
Assuming all those targets will be met.
Always expect some delays. For the first year anyway.
After that we should be growing very fast.
