She doesn’t. For good reason.

I would again suggest reading the SEC’s OWN EXPLANATION…with attention:

And I would also suggest learning what an SEC review is and is not.

It is NOT an approval nor does it result in an “approval” as the SEC, again, SAYS THEMSELVES. Are you saying the SEC is wrong about their own regulation????? lol
