Show me a single OTC penny stock that has raised any meaningful amount of money through crowd funding?

In fact I am not aware of any publicly traded stock that has used crowd funding…because…well it’s public traded and not private

I ask sure some have tried it…lol.

VERB has no assets that can be used as collateral for conventional debt.

So the only option would be equity sales or convertible debt…either way it will be significantly more expensive and much more dilutive than as an exchange traded stock.
