Congrats, Vakser! Smart scammers would rather pull their own heads off than file any court actions.

Eddie Vakser has successfully drawn a deluge of negative publicity to all of his 7 scam tickers with this ridiculous lawsuit. Not to mention, how incredibly risky it is to go into discovery with total scams like this (no operations, no real world products, no services and lie-filled press releases that suggest otherwise.)

I went down to the basement of the courthouse in Dallas years ago and got copies of all the court papers from Tim Darnell (Advantage Conferences) suing the Better Business Bureau and getting creamed in Summary Judgment and then garnished (Advantage Conferences' account was virtually emptied by court order.) That is how I got all the dirt to show his lie-filled claims of making millionaires and wild success had resulted in the horrific 98% loss rate. The reps that cleared any profit could be counted on fingers and they destroyed so many lives to do it. That 98% of losers in that scam took a bloodbath with many losing around 20 grand and some had quit their jobs to pursue this crap to boot.

The Vakscams are all now total, absolute toast!
