Look at the conversions of Pref B stock since Dec last year…which are shown in the share accounting in the financial filings.

Next look at the increase in DTC Deposits since Dec of last year.

That is newly issued stock ENTERING the open market…and a vast majority of it could only be from the Pref B conversions according to some pretty simple math.

Next look at the average volume and price of the stock since last December to calculate the approximately “value” of that stock issued via the Pref B conversions

…and one actually gets a number somewhat higher than $50 million.

I can spell it out in some detail if you like, but I am not sure many investors will want to see that harsh reality in black and white.
