And yes facts do matter. Like this fact:

The Pref B holders have pocketed over $50 million in the SAME TIME PERIOD as the stock price has dropped over 98%. And that drop is due in large part to the dilution those conversions have created.

The Pref B holders have enriched themselves significantly on the backs of HMBL common stock investors.

Which was predicted by many of us when that issuance was revealed.

Oh well.
