I see my use of “insiders” is confusing some.

So let me be very specific:

The Pref B holders (Foote’s friends and family) have pocketed over $50 million (in PROFIT) during the SAME PERIOD the stock price has dropped by over 98%.

This was and is an enrichment scheme for Foote’s Pref B holders.
