I've been saying for months now... The earliest it will get scheduled for a court hearing is roughly 6 months from whenever the settlement program officially ends, and it can take months after that to receive the decision.
So we're looking 6-12+ months, meaning spring 2023 at the earliest.
That is assuming no settlement is reached, of course. Sharp seems to have stopped treating that as a possibility, which makes no sense to me. If he has a merger lined up, I can't imagine that there isn't a reasonable middle ground to resolve everything.
