Strange. I’d be very careful here: Number of shares of Common Stock to be Outstanding after the Offering: 780,407,985 shares of Common Stock if the Maximum Offering is sold

The offering is for $1.00 a share, which is pipe dream, these guys have no money. Someone may know something I don’t (obviously), but looks like a total scam to me.
