RD I can if necessary pay a bit more than 10,000 dollars in wealth tax based on my wealth at the ned of this year.. But I doubt that it will be nearly that high since it is not fair to assume that the shares I pay 15 cents for are worth 10 dollars. A lot of things may go wrong in the meantime and in a fair world that should be taken into consideration.
