Not so sure they will announce any more deals pending FERC re-cert. To do so might appear to be a bit arrogant in the eyes of FERC. Not that that would cause FERC not to rule, but possibly stick it to TGLO with a further delayed review.

They have already addressed the commercial viability issue raised Sierra et al. so hopefully a FERC ruling this month. October Sunshine on the 20th. They usually announce the agenda the week prior.

If this had been during the prior admin, we would be already there and could be having discussions about ship building. VOTE!!!!
