Don't know about going private but I contacted Billy 2 days ago and his response was the same as it was 3 months ago so I am of the opinion financials will not happen by the 15th. I am tired of his BS and have resigned myself to the fact that I will lose my entire investment in this company. Have my sell order in at .0211 but don't think I will have any takers.
