There won't be a PR or two, the RS will happen when the NYSE approves the application for uplist, the buyers of the offering stock will dump their shares and drive the price down. Whoever it is buying today are going to lose at least the difference between the RS PPS today and the offering price, and will likely lose more as they watch the PPS tank while their brokers update the CUSIP and share count.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
