if GOV wants to settle by saying the entire SP LP amount is paid and it is now zero ---- as a first step to ending conservatorship --- v paying damages

someone tell me how that is not a HUGE win for plaintiffs - equity holders??

I suggest - if that happened - the PPS of common would go to 2-3 as it waits the other shoes to drop
