Hard to see JPS doing worse than common -- as PAR is SOOOO far away - unless common gets a grand slam

Different story when JPS traded 6-7 PPS

at current valuation - PAR is 9X

now common can have 20x potential if there is no dilution --- even 30X

but zero dilution?
