Roberto Clemente was one of my all time hero's. I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pa. In the early 60's I worked at Forbes Field (one of the classic stadiums at the time) selling hot dogs, cokes, popcorn, ect. I saw Clemente play many many times. He had the best right arm in all of baseball. His # was 21. Retired number now. He played right field and could throw the ball to home plate and get the out.
His charitable work was famous. He was a man among men and a hero among hero's.
He died in a plane crash carrying a plane full of food he was donating to his hometown in Puerto Rico.
He was and is a very famous person in Pittsburgh.
Anyhow...that's my 2 cents.
