He pumped it plenty. But If he had only said "Humbl has a trillion dollar idea" and nothing else, it would have been enough. I agree that he saw the opportunity to lure in and add followers. It's his job to acquire more followers so how could he resist? I wonder how many HUMBL followers signed up for his services and how much it cost them. I see he's making lots of "friends" over on Twitter -- heh.
