“S-1 Approved company no small task 100 % legit says the SEC thumbs up for HMBL.“

Newsflash…an S-1 going “effective” is neither an “approval” by the SEC nor a “thumbs up”…and interestingly it is also no indication if a company is “legit”…believe it or not.

The only thing the SEC concerns itself with is whether the company has met the disclosure obligations required in an offering.

This “approval” idea is a common fallacy in the the OTC.
