We'll Chuckie, you have hit the nail on the head - the Mitigation Solutions company that is part of this "story" being spun by WSRC is NOT the one in NY. I suspect they chose that name on purpose so that folks would google Mitigation Solutions and be led to the website of the wrong one.

Another tried and true OTC promotional tactic.

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
