Now they seem to be upgrading systems, and with MICTs MagPie securities based in Hong Kong reaching a multitude of global markets, could be integrating African agri markets into the broader global markets in time.

Also that site you posted earlier, looks like total clickbait. Show me a official disposition or document or something, then maybe you have something. Otherwise all that is is ad ridden clickbait, that apparently appeared/published this year, even though it dates last decade on items mentioned.
