What developments exactly?

See the tweet itself is the pump, not a "development". Tweeting that there will be a PR makes the pump all that more obvious (and insulting to most people's intelligence).

The intelligent, albeit dishonest, traders are making a fortune right now by dumping 124 MILLION SHARES of this garbage in the 1st 1 hour of trading into the "pump". And stealing almost $300,000.00 from naïve traders.
