The judge does not make it clear why he is asking that question. So it would only be guesswork on my part. Current Florida law says that you can get specific performance and incidental damages. Possibly and I say possibly and remotely, they are considering reviewing that law related to this case because it is uncontroverted that GDSI knew about the misrepresentation.
