Interesting questions.

I noticed after my last post that the document states that the effective date is 9/15/2022 near the top where it states the document was signed on that date (the effective date).

I think that the PR and 8K on the 19th only counts as 2 days because it bracketed a weekend.

Therefore if payment was due 3 business days after the effective date and an 8K was due 4 days after payment there has to be an agreement in place not to release it for marketing/competitive reasons probably to announce it going into the trade show.

I know that John is being very careful because he knows that someone is always watching. He has a lifetime of experience having run something like 2 dozen companies some of which were OTC listed but this is the big deal that has a lot of eyes on him and his Life's Better for it.
