PRCX $17.5M+ Assets & $13.5M+ Revenues...

I believe that PRCX is significantly undervalued just by basic "Market 101" standards for investing. The current Market Capital for PRCX is $1,199,974:

PRCX is currently on the OTCQB which means that they file audited financials with the SEC. From their recent 10-Q filing, they have $17,583,168 in Assets and $3,379,992 in Revenues for the Three months Ended June 30:

Assets are generally thought to transfer into bringing in Revenues for the company. Currently, having $3,379,992 in Revenues for their last quarter within the link above equates to $13,519,968 in Annual Revenues if they remain consistent on a quarterly basis. That's on track with what's indicated in their last 10-K showing $13,430,991 in Revenues for the year end 2021:

I think the price has dropped this low because of some dilution from the company. I think if the company can stop the dilution or at least keep it to a very minimal, the growth of the stock will continue upwards. I'm guessing that the dilution was tied into creating some immediate need of funding for some near term plans to move forward. I'm guessing that something is pending regarding the update of these PRs below of PRCX signing a definitive MOU to acquire 100% ownership of Emvera Technologies, LLC and of Morpheus Robotics, Inc. (FKA Wimobilize Singapore Pte Ltd) a Singapore Corporation:
