Translation:

We aren't selling cr@p right now in America, but we have our eyes firmly fixed on the multi-trillion-dollar South American water market. In fact, Lenny just watched a show from South America that had water in it, and he knows people need it down there.

(Per previous PRs, the Chinese and Indian water markets have possibly already been conquered)
