The history of the world isn't very nice, but mankind is trying to make life better. The history of any country is not very pleasant, you want to go back in time, because you cannot. That is why each day we try and do better. Even in my lifetime I remember many times my father getting annoyed when his years of World War II was brought up. It was war, bad things happen.
