The reverse split was done properly however, a market maker hiding behind the OTC Markets Group ticker symbol opened at $0.01 instead of $0.10. FINRA was notified about this, but apparently not much they can do. OTC Markets says they are under no obligation to reveal the name of the MM. Very disturbing this could happen. Issuers jump through hoops at great expense to stay current and comply with new regulations. Yet, some slimy market maker can destroy shareholder value with the click of a mouse and no accountability.
