Can we agree on this...Some of the lines were for HIRU, and at some point at least one line was for SPQS, and more space was there for more lines...and now that SPQS is out of the building...all lines and space belong to HIRU?
And now the equipment she purchased is going into that space and the lines that have in part been built out, waiting for this opportunity?
What you're suggesting is that Kate was intentionally trying to mislead people with the lines, and space by giving fictitious info.

On the bright side, the more doubt is cast, the more flipping opportunities right? The "major part of the problem" is not if we can count lines on our fingers and toes, it's all the things I mentioned in the previous post, which I didn't deflect away from, I pointed out the glaring problems.
