Why would a company wanting to go public ever do it with a comatose ticker that's hopelessly buried in debts and liabilities to old shareholders like you? Seriously... you gave your cash to Troy and he either blew it or skipped off with it. So why would a new owner feel any responsibility to you and other MTVX investors..or FROZ investors for that matter?

Anyone who wants to use this shell will first have to spend a small fortune to get it running. Then they'll pull a massive REVERSE SPLIT then immediately pile drive the shares back down to .0001 or lower to well and truly destroy old shareholders.
