So Pickens made $1.2 million for 2022 including a bonus of $375,000, can someone tell me what the roll of the compensation committee is besides rubber stamping whatever Pickens tells them to do is? Are these folks supposed to represent the shareholders or the executive who allows them to sit on the board, how about their liability? The shareholders should file suit to claw back the bonus and stock grants granted these past 15 years. Talk about egregious misuse of shareholder funds. With all of the hungry contingency lawyers out there looking for work, one would think this was a slam dunk.
