Not so good right now. EME has tremendous potential, should they ever get a great operation guy.

I compare all these BB and Pinks kinda like playing the lotto. Have you ever seen that Career dot com commercial? The monkeys have business plans by sinking 80% of the budget in the lotto.... So yes, you spend 80% in any pink... you will get what you disserve... But then again... ya just never know! Maybe those numbers do pop.
