This woman whom I do not know personally held a vendetta and promised to take down Trump Organization prior to her being elected as Attorney General, now she is carrying her biased opinions and prejudices into her job as AG which to me is a violation of her oath to be fair without any pre-judgements to any person or company in her State of NY, she has violated her positions as AG of NY. Unless of course the AG job description allows the person in this position to hold grudges against people and be racist against them and be pre-judging them openly in the public square even if she has found details about their banking deals, she should wait until trial before passing along HER judgements on folks. This should deprive her of the position she holds and shows the disservice this public servant has done for the people of NY State that she claims others have done things against the State of NY. She needs to, like most Liberal and Democrats who hold these hatreds in their minds look in the mirror to see what is really their problem with this type of hate, it does you no good in life. In my humble opinion she is not suited for this position and should be barred from continuing her hateful ways and in carrying out vendettas against folks that she just does not like. If there is anything to her finding's then it will also come out but she should be a bit more discreet over her hatred towards other human beings. Does not look good but perhaps the job description for this State of NY may say you can discriminate against folks you hate prior to and now after becoming AG. To me she is not qualified to hold such a position of trust here.

So this board loves links so here are a few and its funny that no Liberal news agency has stated her grudges prior to her being elected to office either. Or maybe they will and jump on her bandwagon of hate like they usually do without any of so called facts she has. And also what of the institutions that loaned Trump Org. the monies have they not been paid back? I would look into that as well here, that makes a difference if these banks were paid back and not defrauded of their funds. Again, any lending institution here that loans out money without doing their own due diligence is also a bad thing here and they should be also brought up on charges to the same caliber as this borrower here. I am sure these were large banks and not mom and pop local community banks in play here as well, they would have checked if all was in order. And then now if properties are worth what was stated heck in my neighborhood today houses are going for three times their original value just two years ago. So perhaps the institutions if they have not been paid back would gladly take over properties now worthy three times their values. Again, in my humble opinion here.

“I like Letitia James,” Dershowitz said on Newsmax’s “American Agenda.” “She’s a very nice person, but she campaigned on the promise to get Trump before seeing any evidence, and so she is just fulfilling a campaign promise. You can’t have prosecutors even civilly prosecute a defendant if they made a campaign promise.”

So our readers are up to date – The NY Attorney General Letitia James ran for election on the sole premise of promising to get Donald Trump. She failed in any criminal attempt so now, she is suing him civilly. Does anyone see an issue with her promise to get him and then her multiple attempts to get him?

As a refresher, Letitia James first ran for attorney general on an obsessive promise to take down Donald Trump — she said Trump was "fueling her soul" and "I look forward every day to suing Trump" — rather than protecting New Yorkers from violent criminals, deadly drugs, or illegal immigrants.
James' civil lawsuit comes as the AG seeks reelection in November after her brief run for governor imploded, leading her to drop out before the Democrat primary. That raises the question of James' commitment to upholding the law in New York — is she only running again to preserve her power as AG after failing to run an effective campaign for governor?
