On or about June 14, 2021, the Company amended its Certificate of Incorporation to increase the number of authorized shares to ten billion (10,000,000,000) and create the Series B Convertible Preferred Stock with one thousand (1,000) shares authorized. Each share of Series B Convertible Preferred Stock will be convertible into one hundred million (100,000,000) shares of the Corporation’s common stock. SCUMBAGS 100%
