What must be decided Fairholme/Lamberth on 17 october without delaying it again or referring it to another court?
If the shareholders win, how much of that 27 Bill. would go to the Fannie and Freddie preffered stocks and how much to the commons FMCC? Can this be calculated?
Since the FMCC are included in the lawsuit and the share price of FMCC is only $0.58 (FNMA $0,563 less difference) my questions, is there to less hope in FMCC to get significant money if we win, the potential not high enough or the share price FMCC not higher then now if we win on 17th october?
