According to the Dems everybody that has ever been friends with Trump should be under indictment. Yes, money was thrown at everyone under the correct assumption that one of the companies would develop one.
I don't know about the rest of the companies but Pfizer hated Trump. They delayed the vaccine until after the election so as Trump would not get credit for the vaccine rollout. And Trump did have a plan to deliver it at no cost. Obiden initially messed that up.
