First, the SEC doesn't put on the CE that is done by the OTCM.

The CE is the result of Pillsworth filing fraudulent financials. But OTC investors always blame everyone but the CEO and themselves.

You knew CCTL was a Schaefer shell and Schaefer appointed Pillsworth just as he appointed James Pulver another serial scammer.

Pillsworth knows the exact reason why the CE is in place and what he needs to do to cure it - but he has chosen not to inform shareholders of the reason.

It was fraud for Pillsworth to put 513 Bitcoin on the Balance Sheet - he had to have the Bitcoin in his possession to include them on the Balance Sheet.

Ignoring the facts won't make them go away.
