That person has to hate CCTL and Pillsworth and have a personal vendetta agenda.

You're right to be angry, as well as everyone else who invested in CCTL and who believes in the company and Pillsworth.

The CE just doesn't make sense.

We need to find out why the CE was put on in the first place.

How to find out that answer is open to opinions.
