Nasrat is on RECORD stating 15 cents is the minimum before he will do a reverse split.
It's all there.
Never doubt THE KING.
So, I laboriously checked the transcripts back to the start of 2019 (August 2018) when they were rubbing nickels together to create enough heat to keep the factory operating. Here are the links and all the statements about the Nasdaq. But for the sake of brevity, "they ain't no such statement!!"...
Nasrat is on RECORD stating 15 cents is the minimum before he will do a reverse split.
Read it and believe it...
Q1 2023: No question about uplisting on the Nasdaq
Q4 2022: There are many questions about NASDAQ. I always get asked about that. So we have discussed NASDAQ many times before and I will say the same thing again. A key goal for Elite is to uplist the NASDAQ. When the time is right, everybody remember the first part, but not the second part, when the time is right, there are specific requirements that Elite must meet to qualify for the uplisting. We are working diligently to achieve them. https://seekingalpha.com/article/4521281-elite-pharmaceuticals-inc-s-eltp-ceo-nasrat-hakim-on-q4-2022-results-earnings-call-transcript
Q3 2022: We have discussed NASDAQ on many calls before, and there is a question today about that. So, I will say a couple of thoughts about the uplisting to NASDAQ. A key goal for Elite is uplisting to NASDAQ, when the time is right. There are specific requirements that Elite must meet to qualify for the uplisting. We are working diligently to achieve them. We will continue to monitor our growth and income generation and will update you on the uplisting when the time is right.
Q4 2021: NASDAQ, when will Elite go to NASDAQ, please disclose the current plan? We have always said that we will make the move once we have strong fundamentals to support the listing. I don’t want us to go to the NASDAQ and then we don’t have the fundamentals and gravitate back to things stock. We are protecting the company by insisting we get there when we have fundamentals, because that’s how you’re measure the NASDAQ. People cannot manipulate the stock on NASDAQ because fundamental stock. If you don’t perform, the stock goes down, if you perform, it goes up. Unlike most what happened to us, every time we announce good news, the stock goes down. I would like to see more approvals. I would like to see higher revenues and also higher profits before we proceed. Frankly, uplisting to NASDAQ is key objective for Elite, when the time is right. I will continue to monitor our growth and fundamentals and we’ll update you on uplisting when the time is right.
Q 3 2021: And are you still planning on a NASDAQ uplisting? That's a good question. I get that a lot. Thanks for asking it. And yes, and uplisting is still very much in our plans. As we said, in the past, Elite's fundamentals have to be in order for us to uplift to the NASDAQ, and from the financial side, that means increasing revenues, profits, positive cash flows, and the financial means to continue developing more products, so most of the attention given to our financials is on these factors. And as you can see from our financials, there's been great improvement over the past 12 to 18 months. And those fundamentals are shaping up nicely. But there's other financial fundamentals that I focus on, which are just as important, front and center from my standpoint is controlling Elite's level of debt, growing revenues at double and triple-digit rates require us to continually develop and commercialize new products.
Q 3 2020: Thank you, Carter. And the final question is on uplisting. Many stockholders have brought up the desire for Elite to get off the OTC and uplist to NASDAQ. How are your plans to doing that? Definitely, the first thing to me is to build strong fundamentals before we uplift because I do not want to uplist and I have resisted uplisting for years and have been under to uplist, and my answer is always no because if you do, and you don't have fundamentals. This park will gravitate back to the OTC board, okay? You need strong fundamentals to be able to want to -- once you get to NASDAQ to stay there. Second, there are a lot of other options in addition to uplisting. Purchasing another company that has R&D or -- and/or sales and marketing, that's complementary to Elite, either merging with somebody, purchasing somebody. There are a lot of other things that we can do before we get to NASDAQ or after we get to NASDAQ. That was the last question. So this concludes our conference call. Thank you all for joining us, and thank you, Catherine.
Q 2 2019: Elite's stock is being manipulated by the market and marketers on OTC platform. Can Elite meet the criteria to make applications to be listed on NASDAQ? Yes, we can. There are a lot of advantages of getting off the bulletin board. And we're working hard to get there. Carter has been working hard for the past year-and-a-half on Sarbanes-Oxley and getting us certified to certain levels. I do believe that we definitely qualify and we will be there.
