(ENTA)—Correction re PRDS—The_daily_dose_of PBI-0451 in_the_ phase-2_trial_is 1400mg, not 700mg as stated in the post I’m replying to. The 1400mg daily dose consists of four 350mg tablets (2 in the morning, 2 at night) that must be taken with food.

By comparison, ENTA’s phase-2 daily dose of EDP-235 is one 200mg or 400mg tablet (taken with or without food), which is 14-28% of PRDS’s daily dose (#msg-169530604).
