That's exactly what they did. All that relentless pumping when the US Court closed their case about the PPS all day every day so they could sell some of that sub-penny and penny stock for 7 cents rather than hang onto it for that bogus $4.17 per share buyout they claimed was coming. Why would anybody care about a daily PPS if they really believed a buyout was coming?
All that happened here was a bunch of social media pumpers made up a lie about a buyout so they could flip the stock for a profit. That's the same thing that happens over and over on the OTC and it happened here. Those holding the stock when the ticker was deleted lost all of what they paid for it. It's never coming back, the company is completely dead.
