That wasn't from the company at all. Mike Hartman resigned in 2018 along with the other directors. That crap "on behalf of BioAmber shareholders" was someone playing around.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
