Correct, the entity formerly known as Bioamber has no stakeholders. The creditors have gotten what was available and are now gone, and equity was wiped out. There are NO stakeholders in that defunct entity.

LCY does own the name Bioamber, which is no longer related to the defunct shell you own empty "shares" in. Got it?
