That makes my theory of BMG being given to Luke fully real, all the dates that they did these “changes” are connected.

Checking this sheerwood profile if you go to experience it says he still works for the company… it also says :

Unless they prove it wrong, they are all scammers.

Luke has been very active on prospect portals that strangely is the same technology owned by BMG.

Anyways, they have and had the chance to make UBQU a powerhouse with decent subsidiaries that could make everything shareholder worth but they are all too greedy.
