I said that your assumption that because there is a mere fraction of fentanyl being seized means that the border is secure is ridiculous. If you seize a ton of drugs---and that ton could wipe out cities--but there are 10 tons not being detected and seized--it means that the border is still porous.

Can this board not follow this reasoning?
