That was 9/3/21. Like all scam tickers this one had until 9/28/21 to either get current (i.e. pay their OTCIQ fees and upload the required disclosures) or be thrown into the "expert market" (basically the new GREY tier). So yeah, with "this stock not eligible for proprietary broker-dealer quotations. All quotes in this stock reflect unsolicited customer orders" it's not surprising that people haven't sold off.. because they can't.

Here's an eye opener showing historical prices and volumes by day. I decided to limit this search between 9/1/21 (27 days before the deadline) and 6/10/22 (shortly after LG Capital was nailed by the SEC). Doesn't appear to be any meaningful accumulation after 9/28/21.
