BMCS doesn't own anything. The $10M in Sumcoin was transferred to BMCS with the intention of monetizing it somehow but for the benefit of USEI shareholders. Miller can't just give USEI assets to another company. It's clearly stated in February's press release " In total, the BMCS Sumcoin Index Fund manages approximately $70+ million in assets to date".
Note the word "manages". Not owns.
